In accordance
with 'The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours
Regulations 1992' The Oriental Caravan
secures client payments through the use of a trust fund.
When a payment is made to The Oriental Caravan
all monies are deposited in an independently monitored trust fund,
with a firm of solicitors acting as independent trustees. Money
can only be withdrawn from the trust fund once the holiday has
taken place thus guaranteeing the consumer that, in the unlikely
event of our financial insolvency, their payment remains fully
protected.
